Offers both a master bedroom with bathroom suite and mini kitchen on the first floor with a private swim-up pool or you may choose a second or third floor suite with a 2-person Jacuzzi. The Studio Suites are a portion of our Two Bedroom Villas - attached via a locked connecting door. There are five swim-up Studio Suites and six Jacuzzi Studio Suites.

RESERVATION POLICY
- All prices are in USD per villa or suite per night. Maximum two guests per bedroom.– All rooms are subject to 19% tax.
- January 5th to the following December 19th, One (1) night payment is required as initial deposit to guarantee your room reservations.
- December 20th to January 4th three (3) nights payment is required as initial deposit to guarantee your room reservation. Minimum stay of three nights.
- A security deposit fee will be charged once upon arrival
CANCELATION POLICY
- January 5th to the following December 19th. Cancellations with 31 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $100.00 USD processing fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a one night penalty.
- December 20th to January 4th. Cancellations with 31 days or more prior to arrival will incur a one night penalty. Cancellations with less than 31 days prior to arrival will incur a three night penalty.
NO SHOWS: A penalty of the total stay will be applicable for No Shows.
EARLY CHECK OUTS: Unused nights are non refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
At the moment of making your reservation, your deposit will be collected in Mexican pesos at the exchange rate of that day dictated by SAT*, your balance to be paid when you check-in at the exchange rate of that day.

You are allowed to make two changes to your reservation, any additional changes will incur an $80.00 USD fee per change.
If your reservation is within two days of arrival, please contact reservation staff (details below), and request an immediate confirmation.
According to Mexican government regulations, as of September 13th 2010, all your transactions in cash at Intima Resort Tulum may not surpass a maximum of $ 3,000 USD per couple per stay. We recommend you to take the necessary measures such as using credit cards or traveller’s checks, so that you can enjoy your stay at Intima Resort Tulum.
Please advise us of your approximate arrival time at Intima Resort Tulum. We want to prepare in advance all documentation, vouchers and keys prior of your arrival.
